Insurance Plans & Policies

If you have one of the listed insurance plans, we expect your co-pay to be paid at the time of service. We submit your claim to the insurance company on your behalf.

If you do not have one of the above insurance plans, payment in full is due at the time of service and we will give you an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance plan so that you can be reimbursed.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS
If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident that requires a doctor's visit, we would like you to be seen at The MedGroup (www.medgroup.org) or another urgent care center of your choosing. You can contact The MedGroup at 330-864-1916.

WORKERS COMPENSATION/WORK RELATED INJURIES
We are NOT accepting any new workers compensation cases due to the immense paperwork involved with them. We suggest you contact The MedGroup (www.medgroup.org) at 330-864-1916.
